An exfoliating foot ritual and 30-minute reflexology session restore balance throughout the body, followed by intuitive Reiki with crystals for deep energetic alignment.

Mothers leave feeling renewed, with a choice of  aromatherapy bath salts or a gratitude journal, plus an intuitively chosen tumble stone and herbal tea to continue the ritual at home.

Crown & Calm ritual -  

This treatment is an adaptation of the traditional seated Indian Head Massage, performed on a massage couch. It combines soothing scalp and facial massage techniques with Reiki energy healing to calm the nervous system and restore balance. Encouraging deep relaxation, this treatment can help support relief from stress, anxiety, headaches, and migraines, leaving you feeling grounded, refreshed, and at ease.

30 Minutes

Root & Ground Ritual -   

This nurturing treatment draws on massage techniques inspired by reflexology, focusing on the feet, soles, ankles, and calves. The treatment encourages a sense of stability, balance, and reconnection with the body.

Enhanced with Reiki energy healing, this grounding ritual helps to calm an overactive mind, release built-up tension in the lower legs, and promote a deep sense of presence and relaxation. 

90 Minutes

A luxurious experience, designed to soothe, restore and rebalance. Harmonising your whole body, through the use of different modalities

For those wishing to embark on a healing journey, you can purchase a block of four sessions. These sessions may be redeemed for either Reiki or Reflexology, giving you the flexibility to move between both modalities as your needs evolve.

All sessions must be used within six months of purchase.
