My Reiki Roots
My path into Reiki began through my own healing journey.
After experiencing postnatal depression, I found myself being gently guided onto a path that would completely change my life. Reiki came to me at a time when I truly needed support, healing, and a way back to myself.
Since then, Reiki has continued to hold and support me through some of life’s deepest moments, including the loss of my father. In those times, it became far more than a practice — it became an anchor, a comfort, and a blessing that helped me move through grief with softness, trust, and connection.
Because of this, I truly believe everyone deserves to give themselves the gift of Reiki.
It is not simply something I teach — it is something I live. I weave Reiki into my everyday life and daily tasks, allowing it to bring more presence, calm, and intention into everything I do.
I feel deeply called to share the spiritual wisdom and healing that Reiki has brought into my own life, and it is an honour to guide others as they begin their own journey with this beautiful practice.
Teaching Reiki is about so much more than passing on techniques. For me, it is about creating a safe, supportive space where others can reconnect with themselves, discover their own healing abilities, and experience the life-changing gifts Reiki can offer.
